Responsibilities:
1.Proactively coordinate the calendar, maintain meeting schedule and assisting in making arrangement for global teams.
2.Take meeting minutes and follow up action items when required.
3.Establish and maintain strong communication links with all internal and external stakeholders, support CEO and management team to ensure high efficiency.
4.Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
5. Other task as needed, aligned with business priorities.
Add Value Support:
•Manage multiple projects and priorities and initiates follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments.
•Prepare presentations, announcement, reports and other business information.
•Support on analytics and reporting tasks as required.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in life science related is preferred.
2.Fluent English both in written and oral.
3.At least 5 years of experience in executive assistant role, MNC background is preferred.
4.Mature interpersonal skills, quick learner, easy going personality, organizing ability, coordinating ability, team work spirit.
5.Demonstrated ability to work effectively, quick response to supervisor’s request, and think on one’s feet. Strong problem-solving skill.
