岗位职责:

1.Provide technical support to sales and customers by answering technical inquiries, running samples, and providing on-site support.

2.Assist customers in BGI joint laboratory construction, including laboratory site evaluation, experiment operation, and acceptance checks.

3.Assist sales in analyzing customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions during pre- and post-sales by providing technical knowledge.

任职要求:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, genetics, or a closely related life science discipline.



2.Wet lab/bench experience with molecular biology applications such as PCR, qPCR, NGS, clinical research, and diagnostics (NGS experience is preferred)



3.Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.



4.Strong English proficiency.Fluent in French.



5.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.



6.Self-motivated and willing to learn. Willing to travel periodically.
