We are looking for College Counselor. Starting from Aug 2026.
Basic Requirements:
1) 具备流利中英文听、说、读、写能力
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese & English.
2) 2年以上类似工作经验，有较强的学习能力。
2+ years of relevant work experience with strong learning ability.
3) 具备一定的承压能力，沟通协调能力强，思维敏锐；
Have certain pressure bearing capacity, strong communication and coordination skills, sharp thinking.
4) 能够在与学生保持良好关系的同时对他们产生积极的影响
The ability to exercise positive influence over students, while maintaining positive relationships
5) 能够尊重并坦然应对不同学生的差异
The desire and ability to respect and embrace student differences.
6) 拥护梅沙书院的使命、愿景、 目标和核心价值观
Willingness to embrace the VMA Mission Statement, Vision, Goals & Core Values.
