Position: BD Manager

Job Descriptions
1. Global HR Solutions Development & Client Engagement
Ø Identify and develop corporate clients requiring HR Services for overseas business expansion, including “PEO(Professional Employer Organization), PPO(Professional Payroll Outsourcing), Contract Staffing, and Recruitment”.
Ø Serve as the primary liaison to align client needs with tailored solutions, ensuring seamless integration of cross-border HR services (e.g., payroll management, compliance, talent acquisition).
2. Industrial Park Ecosystem & Strategic Resource Utilization
Ø Possess an extensive, pre-established network within high-tech industrial parks across the Yangtze River Delta, with a strong focus on Shanghai. Key resources include direct access to HR decision-makers(e.g., HRD/HRBP/Talent Acquisition heads etc.) and management team of enterprises located in these parks.
Ø Proven track record of collaboration with industrial park management authorities to design and execute high-impact business events(e.g., HR innovation forums, outsourcing strategy workshops) within the parks, effectively attracting engagement from enterprise leadership and driving brand visibility.
Ø Leverage existing partnerships with park-based enterprises to generate qualified leads and accelerate client acquisition for integrated HR solutions.
3. End-to-End Sales & Global Collaboration
Ø Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to contract closure, including solution design, negotiation, and bid management for “global HR service projects”.
Ø Collaborate with internal teams (operations team) and overseas branches or partners to ensure cross-regional project delivery.
4. Client Relationship & Operational Excellence
Ø Build long-term partnerships by providing insights on global HR trends (e.g., talent mobility, compliance frameworks) and delivering agile solutions for complex challenges.
Ø Proactively resolve client issues and coordinate cross-functional resources to optimize service delivery.
5. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
Ø Owe and achieve business sales targets and drive market penetration through strategic account management.
Ø Foster global synergy by aligning resources with the company’s overseas branches to accelerate client onboarding and service scalability.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
2. At least three-years working experience of sales, and one year in Human Resources service (PEO, PPO, Contract Staffing, Recruitment, or global mobility solutions);
3. Proven ability to “exceed sales KPIs” and manage enterprise-level accounts in multinational environments.
4. Deep familiarity with “industrial parks in the Yangtze River Delta” especially in Shanghai; experience collaborating with park authorities to promote HR services is highly preferred.
5. Experience in semiconductor/chip industry recruitment and customer resources are preferred.
6. Expertise in navigating cross-cultural business environments; fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
7. With strong self-driven ability, high emotional intelligence, strong affinity, and have a good professional conduct.
