Report: global CEO(Agriculture Industry)

Location: CHINA(工作地点北京或上海)


Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives;

2.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the business within the country;

3.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions;

4.Be accountable for the development and performance of the different areas of the business in the region;

5.Be responsible for the growth of the business in the regions/s,taking part in the definition of the business strategy with the global leaders(Technical,Commercial and Quality) and on the ownership of the execution and delivery of the plan;

6.Responsible for defining the licensing strategy and roadmap,and licensing objectives in coordination with the CEO;

7.Define,monitor,and achieve targeted budget and key KPIs in connection with the goals of the company;

8.Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue;

9.Develop and encourage strong relationship with importer;

10.Coordination of Commercial, Technical, Quality, and Innovation Teams;

11.Coordination with all the team around the strategy and the action plan of the compnay. Ensure that all teams converge towards common goals.

12.Collaboration with Marketing on the organization of local events focused on promoting the business.

13.Participation and presentation of the evolution of the business in different leadership Meetings.

14.Signing rights and responsibilities regarding any legal obligations of the company in China.

15.Support and help in the preparation of the country budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

16.Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

17.Lead, motivate,and develop a high-performing team;

18.Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments;

19.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment;

Qualifications:

• Working experience in a similar position. With a vast knowledge of the local market and the sector.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.

• Strong customer-centric approach

• Experienced in supporting companies in growth based on definition an implementation of processes and procedures and data driven decision.

• Computer skills: advanced office 365.

• Valid driving license and clean record.

• Fluent Chinese and English.

• Frequent travel in assigned region/s. Occasionally, to other countries/HQ for specific meetings and Fruit fairs.
