Job Description
1.Project engineering job (Eg,2D,3D,DVP) of mechnical or product development (components of HVAC,Thermal Management related) .
2.Customer requirement analysis, PRD documents set up and product concepting leading to project release decision.
3.Complete the task from Lead Engineer to coordinate solution evolution process between supplier to customer.
4.Project Management for VAVE and localization projects (applicational parts).
5.Customer project leading(as Project Manager) for Webasto heating and cooling related product application projects starting from project kicking off until project close (months after customer SOP).
6.Product application development leading (as System Engineer) to deliver application solutions to customer during project lifetime (incl. applicational parts development).
7.Product strategy developmet and roamap launching as (local Product Manager)in China.
Skills Needed：
1.More than 2 years of work experience in Automotive Industry on thermal management system.
2.Good knowledge of product development process and certain period of real job pratices on engineering project mangement or coordinating (certificatition like PM or NPDP will be preferred).
3.Strong knowledge of electromechanical design and manufacturing (including PCB hardware design and development, air-conditioning system development, and electronic & electrical product development).
4.High proficiency in CAD SW (AutoCAD, Catia are mandatory) and Excel, MS
Project.
5.Basic knowledge in Simulation\analysis SW (at least 1, Eg, Matlab\Simulink).
6.Good command of English communication. (Work experience in global team is preferred).
7.PMP and NPDP certification are preferred.
8.Good business goal-oriented awareness and willing to work out of box of thinking and responsibility.
