工作内容：
1.System Engineering:Leading the Electrical Thermal Management System (eTM) or Parking Cooler (or HVAC) related system engineering as Lead Engineer (system engineer) in platform projects and customer projects.
2.Product Managing: Assure the Electrical Thermal Management System (eTM) product strategy launch and revenue target realization in China acc. to Webasto company strategy.
3.New Product Development Project Leading: Assure new eTM and Parking Cooler related new product launch in time acc. to product roadmap as Project Manager;
4.Leading eTM or Parking Cooler related technical discussion between China and other Locations.
5.Business case study and acquisition technical topics leading to develop new business with sales.
岗位要求：
1.Deep expertise at the Vehicle Thermal Management System (eTM or HVAC) development with both Mechanical and Electrical&Electronic work experience for 3 to 5 years;
2.Good command of RD tools like Matlab\Simulink, CANoe, INCA or 582, AUTOCAD,Catia or any equivalent tools.
3.Good command of New Product Development process with strong logical thinking.(NPDP,PMP certification are preferred);
4.Goal-oridented person.
5.Good communicaiton in English speaking environment.
