Key Activities Summary

· Monitor factory quality performance and report the quality problem 监控工厂质量表现并报告质量问题

· Work with operation team to analysis the defects and find out the correction与生产团队一起分析缺陷并找出纠正方法

· Supplier management 供应商管理

· Process quality control and quality assurance. 过程质量控制和质量保证。

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and continuously improve quality procedure , manufacture control plan, Inspection instruction etc. for each operation制定并持续改进质量程序，生产控制计划，检验指导书等

· Provide quality system training, metrological training to the related employees。对相关员工进行质量体系培训、计量培训。

· Assistant to handle customer complaint to minimize warranty cost and have failure information feedback to technology and production teams for corrective action 协助处理客户投诉，以尽量减少保修成本，并将故障信息反馈给技术和生产团队，以便采取纠正措施

· Communication parts quality with other department and validate action for any improvement. 与其他部门沟通 质量相关，并验证任何改进措施。

· Monthly quality statistic and update department & workshop quality scoreboard 每月质量统计和更新部门及车间质量记分牌

· Work with sourcing for the supplier management. 与采购部门合作，管理供应商。

· Quality system management such as hold the internal audit, process audit, follow up the action for the no-conformance.质量体系管理，如进行内部审核，过程审核，跟踪不符合项的处理。

· The other tasks from manager 经理安排的其他任务

Basic Qualifications :

· Minimum of 3 years Manufacturing/Operations experience in process quality control and quality system management 至少3年制造/运营过程质量控制和质量体系管理经验

· BS engineering or equivalent工程学士或同等学历

· Seasoned in quality assurance system. Prefer six-sigma certificate holder. •熟悉质量保证体系。持有六西格玛证书者优先。

· Good English in written ，英语读写能力优秀，口语简单沟通即可

· Good at communication skills 善于沟通

Location: 无锡新吴区高新技术产业开发区锡兴路36号

Working Hours: 8.30am-17.30pm 周末双休
