Job purpose

HSSE Manager is responsible for the overall safety management and coordination of the facilities at the FOC location to ensure a safe, comfortable and efficient living environment for employees and related personnel. This position requires excellent management skills, good cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to deal with emergencies to adapt to the complex working environment of the oilfield.

Duties and responsibilities

Ø HSSE Management

· Daily Operations: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the facilities to ensure the smooth operation of various services.

· FM HSSE Policy Formulation: Formulate and implement accommodation management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Ø Personnel Management

· Team Leader: Lead and motivate the operation team, set work goals and performance evaluation standards.

· Employee HSE Training: Organize employee training to improve the professional skills and service awareness of team members.

Ø Facility Maintenance Safety

· Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the building environment and the normal operation of the equipment.

· HSSE management: Implement health, safety and environment (HSE) policies, conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

· Emergency plan: Develop and practice emergency evacuation procedures to ensure rapid response in the event of an emergency.

· Fire prevention measures: Maintain firefighting equipment and ensure the implementation of fire prevention standards.

Ø Environmental comfort: Ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation environment to enhance the resident's living experience.

Ø Administrative management

· Report preparation: Prepare regular operating reports and analyze key indicators such as occupancy rate and maintenance status.

· Contractor HSSE management: Manage contractors HSSE plan implementation

Ø Cross-departmental coordination

· Internal collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with other MFD HSSE departments such as security, and medical care to ensure the coordination of the overall operation of the facilities at FOC.

· Communication Bridge: Serves as a communication bridge between management and employees to convey information and decisions in a timely manner.

·HSSE管理：HSSE计划的实施

-跨部门协调

·内部协作：与安保、医疗等其他 HSSE部门保持密切合作，确保FOC设施整体运营的协调。

·沟通桥梁：作为管理层和员工之间的沟通桥梁，及时传达信息和决策。

Qualification

· Qualifications such as Certified Safety Engineer, Fire Engineer, Large Event Safety Management Personnel Certificate, ISO 45001/14001 Internal Auditor and First Aid Trainer will be preferred.

· Leadership: Expertise in team motivation, cross-functional collaboration, and stress resilience.

· Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with employees and residents from different cultural backgrounds.

· Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make quick decisions under pressure.

-持有注册安全工程师、消防工程师、大型活动安全管理人员证书、ISO 45001/14001 内部审核员和急救培训师等资格证书者优先考虑。

Experience

· Minimum 5 years of HSSE management experience in hotels or large venues (such as high-end service industry sports centers, convention centers, theaters), familiar with international safety standards (such as NFPA, OSHA).

· Candidates with experience in HSSE management at a major hotel chain or international brand hotel are preferred.

Language proficiency
