岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
1.负责客户关系维护,定期跟进客户需求,处理客户咨询。
Maintain customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer enquiries.
2.维护客户数据库,定期更新客户反馈与需求记录。
Maintain customer database, regularly update feedback and requirement records.
3.收集市场与竞品信息。
Collect market and competitor information, market intelligence.
4.制作并管理报价单、合同及其他销售文档。
Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, and other sales documents.
5.协助制作投标文件,包括技术方案、商务条款及资质文件整理。
Assist in preparing tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial terms, and qualification materials.
6.参与公司产品手册、宣传资料的编辑与更新。
Participate in editing and updating company product manuals and promotional materials.
7.协调内部部门(技术、生产、物流)以确保订单顺利执行。
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
任职要求 Qualifications:
1.本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易或机械类相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, International Trade, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
2.2年以上销售支持或客户服务经验,油气装备行业背景优先。
2+ years of sales support or customer service experience, oil & gas industry background is a plus.
3.熟练使用Office(Excel/PPT/Word),具备基础数据分析能力。
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word), basic data analysis skills.
4.英语听说读写流利(需提供语言证明),掌握第二外语(如俄语、阿拉伯语)者优先。
Fluent in English (certificate required), second foreign language (e.g., Russian, Arabic) is a plus.
5. 责任心强,具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
