职责描述 Job description
1. 负责电机控制器软件的需求分析和管理；
Responsible for electrical control unit software requirement analysis and management;
2. 负责电机控制器应用层软件之间，应用层和底层软件间的接口分析和实现；
Responsible for interface analysis and implementation between ASW and BSW;
3. 负责电机控制器应用层软件的功能开发，如电机控制策略，温度估算模型，CAN ,UDS 等；
Responsible for the ASW function development, such as motor control strategy, temperature estimation model, CAN, UDS;
4. 负责电机控制器应用层故障诊断和通讯功能的开发；
Responsible for electrical control unit diagnosis and communication development;
5. 负责电机控制器应用层模块的 MIL,SIL 测试验证，协助完成 HIL 测试；
Responsible for software component MIL, SIL test and support HIL test;
6. 负责维护电机控制器软件的开发流程和文档管理；
Responsible for maintaining the software development process and document management
7. 支持三合一电驱动在台架和整车上的标定和调试；
Support the calibration and debugging on test bench and vehicle;
岗位要求
1. 软件工程、计算机科学与技术，机械电子、自动化、电机控制等相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年以上工作经验
Major in software engineering, CS, mechanical electronics, automation, motor control related, bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year working experience
2. 熟悉 AUTOSAR 软件开发流程，具备 MATLAB / SIMULINK 模型的电机控制器应用层软件开发经验者优先；
Familiar with AUTOSAR SW development workflow; Experience in ASW software development of motor controller based on MATLAB / Simulink modelis preferred;
3. 熟悉新能源汽车驱动电机的控制算法,FOC,SVPWM 等；
Familiar with E-drive motor control algorithm such as FOC and SVPWM;
4. 熟悉常用的软件开发和标定工具，如：PREEvision/DaVinci/CANoe / CANape等
Familiar with development and calibration tools, such as PREEvision / DaVinci /CANoe/ CANape, etc
5. 了解功能安全和网络安全相关知识；
Knowledge of functional safety and cyber security;
6. 了解 ASPICE 流程的相关知识；
Knowledge of ASPICE process;
7. 良好的英语书写表达能力，具有强烈的责任心和执行能力。
Good written English ability, strong sense of responsibility and executive ability.
