KPMC is a joint venture between PSA International and Kazakhstan Railways, focused on developing the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) to enhance connectivity and trade efficiency between Southeast Asia, China, and Europe. We are committed to building an efficient, safe, and sustainable international logistics corridor, providing end-to-end supply chain solutions for our clients.

Job Description
Purpose:
To drive business growth and market expansion for KPMC along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) and related logistics services. Responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, developing market strategies, and enhancing the company’s market share and brand influence in the Asia-Europe logistics corridor.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development & Business Expansion
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry opportunities, and develop targeted business development plans.
Actively acquire new clients, especially shippers, freight forwarders, and partners involved in China-Europe rail and Trans-Caspian intermodal transportation.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and business retention.
Participate in industry exhibitions, business negotiations, and partnership meetings to increase company visibility and expand the professional network.
Sales Targets & Performance Management
Develop and execute annual/quarterly sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
Track sales progress, manage customer pipeline, and report regularly on business development and market dynamics.
Assist in preparing competitive quotations and service proposals to secure contracts and project implementation.
Marketing Strategy & Promotion
Collaborate with the Product Team to design and promote logistics solutions and value-added services for the TITR route.
Develop marketing materials (e.g., brochures, case studies, market analysis reports) to support sales and branding initiatives.
Utilize online and offline channels for market promotion to enhance KPMC’s professional reputation and industry recognition.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Customer Support
Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Product teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and efficiently fulfilled.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback to support internal service and product improvements.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the logistics, freight forwarding, or intermodal transport industry. Experience in rail logistics or Trans-Caspian transport is preferred.
Established client portfolio and industry network, with familiarity in China-Europe rail services, the TITR route, and related logistics markets.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with proven experience in client relationship management.
Ability to conduct market analysis, develop strategies, and independently drive client acquisition and project execution.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Knowledge of Kazakh or Russian is a strong advantage.
