负责客户问题咨询解决,客户问题研究  
人物画像:  
1、航空航天院校或者航空类专业优先,有涡扇发动机经验、或者商用发动机航线维护或系统故障排除经验优先; 
   2、英语书面和口语都可以作为工作语言; 
   3、硕士学历优先;欢迎2025届毕业的航空相关专业或实习经验人选投递;  
4、航空领域现场一线维修或者售后人选,不合适。 
   
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES  
Support fleet events investigation and complicated fleet issue solving by collecting fleet data, summarize fleet experience, tracking investigation progress.  
Support customer technical inquiries cases management, tracking.  
Support customer technical communication, action items following up and tracking.   
Create and maintain regional fleet scorecard  
Support fleet leading indication program by collecting data, collaborating with PSE hardware owners and Life Cycle Engineers  
Support digital tooling development to assist tracking, documentation fleet experience  
Support Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Manual maturation, manual paragraph change draft and review.  
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS  
Fluent in Mandarin and English  
Bachelor’s degree or plus in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university  
3+ years of experience in turbofan engine engineering position or 3+ years on commercial engine line maintenance or systems trouble shooting experience.  
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS  
3+ years of experience in aircraft engine hardware design, analysis, testing or integration is highly desirable  
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems   
Ability to plan, execute and document programs with process orientation approach  
Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems   
Strong oral and written communication skills  
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills  
Strong teamwork skills or experience in a teaming environment  
Ability to guide and influence others
