工作内容:主要解决欧洲市场的客户问题,产品是MR磁共振

(2)岗位主要支持欧洲,所以英语口语要流利
(3)具有一定数据分析能力,对问题分析、总结归纳
(4)性格要开朗,会有很多沟通性工作
(5)必须工科专业,比如生物医学工程、医学影像、电子工程、计算机、自动化、机械等
(6)可接受生物医学工程、医学影像工程等25届、24届应届毕业生;其他专业应届生可接受有医疗设备实习或者项目经验的人选
Job Description Summary
The Lifecycle Support Engineer_CSO(LSE) will be responsible for daily CSO team coordination. The LSE will support CSO customer issues investigation and quality projects execution by technical expertise, data analysis, and project management skills.
Job Description
1.Work with cross function team for CSO case investigations.
2.Lead CSO data analysis and database maintenance, identify and summarize the common issues to support quality project funnel.
3.Support quality project execution, evaluate the IB impact and drive proper communications and actions.
4.Support Lifecycle team daily operations, ensure proper administration and maintenance of Lifecycle team facilities.
Required Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, compute engineering or related field.
2.Customer orientated, self motivated, learn quickly and adapt new knowledge.
3.Data analysis skills, ability to deep dive data for a solution.
4.Effective communication skill with ability to explain complex technical issues.
5.Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Master’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, compute engineering or related field.
2.Proven experience in quality and project management.
3.Prior experience in MR system service, design or technical support.
4.Demonstrated skills on issue trouble shooting, resolution, impact evaluation and counter measure definition.
