Role Summary:

This role will take system engineer responsibility for flight control computer development, implementation, interface and integration, etc. Independently against the product contract and certification. In this role, you are expected to define and execute work per customer or authority requests as well as good product or project leader to ensure the execution and delivery. You will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives to have the ability to effect short-term business goals and improve team capability as long-term goal.

该职位将独立承担飞控计算机开发的系统工程师职责，包括实施、接口与集成等工作，需符合产品合同与适航认证要求。需要根据客户或当局要求定义并执行工作，同时担任优秀的产品/项目领导者确保执行与交付。运用专业经验解决问题，制定并执行目标以推动短期业务实现，并将提升团队能力作为长期目标。

Primary Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the system/product requirement capture, design, implementation, integration and verification, certification of assigned projects

负责所分配项目的系统/产品需求捕获、设计、实施、集成、验证与认证工作

• Coach ability of certification paper work and process

具备指导认证文件编写及流程处理的能力

• Capability to create work instructions for team improvement

能够制定工作指导文件以促进团队提升

•Coordinated with internal and external stakeholder for issue trouble-shooting and project schedule

协调内外相关方进行问题排查与项目进度管理

•Independently recommend approaches to meet the technical and program requirements in certain function area

在特定功能领域独立提出满足技术与项目需求的方案

•Capability in the formulation and implementation of plans to achieve technical objectives, scheduling, and contract commitments

具备制定并实施计划的能力，以实现技术目标、进度安排和合同承诺

• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures

确保根据工程政策与规范，对任务产生的技术数据进行完整归档

• Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews

以陈述人或评审人身份参与技术及项目评审会议

•Complete other tasks assigned by Manager on time with good quality, demonstrate accountability in daily work

Qualifications Required:

• Possess Bachelor or Master of Science in control system, auto-control, computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Aerospace Engineering

须拥有控制系统、自动控制、计算机科学、电子工程或航空工程专业的学士或硕士学位

• Minimum 8 years’ experience on the development of airborne system or product level work in requirement capture, design, software code, integration and verification, certification, etc.

至少8年机载系统或产品级开发经验，涵盖需求捕获、设计、软件编码、集成验证、认证等领域

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on team leader role or vertical team leader role, include project schedule, execution, and delivery

具备5年以上团队领导或纵向团队负责人经验，包括项目进度管理、执行与交付

• Experience on the issue debugging and resolving test problems independently

具有独立进行问题调试和解决测试问题的经验

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on flight control system/auto-pilot/IMA system/automobile

拥有5年以上飞行控制系统/自动驾驶/IMA系统/汽车领域经验

• Familiarity with the avionic bus protocol, i.e. ARINC664, ARINC429, ARINC825, RS422, CAN, etc

熟悉航空电子总线协议，如ARINC664、ARINC429、ARINC825、RS422、CAN等

Qualifications Desired:

• Experience in flight control system or autopilot system or IMA system etc.

具备飞行控制系统、自动驾驶系统或IMA系统等领域经验

• Experience on product certification or SW certification

拥有产品认证或软件认证经验

• Practice experience on the aircraft system/product develop and test

具有飞机系统/产品开发与测试的实践经验

• Familiar with the industry standards, i.e. DO160G, DO178, DO254, ARP4754, etc. or automobile industry

熟悉行业标准（如DO160G、DO178、DO254、ARP4754等）或汽车行业标准

• Embedded SW experience on development or test script by Python, MATLAB or C/C++

具备嵌入式软件开发经验或使用Python/MATLAB/C/C++编写测试脚本的能力

• Good understanding of operating system principles, experiences in real-time operating system performance, including CPU/ memory usage, resource allocation analysis and etc.

深入理解操作系统原理，具有实时操作系统性能分析经验（包括CPU/内存使用率、资源分配分析等）

• Good English communication skills

具备良好的英语沟通能力（书面必备，口语是加分项）

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
