主要职责：
Primary Responsibilities:
• 主导硬件机械需求捕获、设计工作，选择关键技术及元件以满足低SWaP产品设计要求
• Lead the activities of hardware mechanical requirement capture, design, and choose key technologies and components to meet low SWaP product design
• 捕获、分类、记录并验证硬件需求
• Capture, categorize, document, and validate the hardware requirements
• 使用CAD软件开展详细机械设计
• Develop detailed mechanical design using CAD software
• 执行散热设计与热分析以满足产品冷却需求
• Perform heat dissipation design and thermal analysis to meet product cooling needs
• 实施重量设计与分析以满足产品重量要求
• Perform weight design and analysis to meet product weight needs
• 与电子工程师协作开展DO-160相关设计与分析（如EMI/EMC等）以满足产品需求
• Perform DO-160 related design and analysis together with electronics engineers to meet product needs such as EMI, EMC, etc.
• 编写机械文档（包括但不限于机械设计规范、机械接口描述等）
• Write mechanical documents, including but not limited to mechanical design specifications, mechanical interface descriptions, etc.
• 与其他工程师（生产工程师、硬件工程师、系统工程师）协作确保正确实施
• Interact with other engineers (production engineers, hardware engineers, system engineers) to ensure proper implementation
• 调试测试原型机，执行环境与合规测试，解决各类硬件问题
• Debug and test prototypes, perform environmental and regulatory tests, and resolve hardware issues
• 支持项目规划工作并确保按计划及预算执行
• Support project planning efforts and ensure execution to schedule and budget
• 担任初级设计工程师的导师
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced design engineers
• 定期与技术供应商交流以更新技术认知并跟进行业趋势
• Regularly meet with technical vendors to refresh technology awareness and track industrial trends
• 完成其他指派任务
• Perform other duties as assigned
任职要求：
Qualifications Required:
• 机械设计专业本科及以上学历，至少8年相关经验
• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years in mechanical design
• 具备航电产品机械设计的扎实实践经验
• Practical and solid mechanical design experience on avionics products
• 精通EMI/EMC及散热相关的机械设计
• In-depth knowledge in mechanical design related to EMI, EMC, and heat dissipation
• 熟悉多种制造工艺的零件设计
• Experience with designing parts for various manufacturing processes
• 掌握航电产品组装与调试技术
• Expertise in avionics product assembly and debug techniques
• 必须具备实验室动手经验及低功耗设计验证方法论经验
• Hands-on laboratory experience and low-power design & verification methodology experience required
• 英语流利（书面/口语），能通过邮件/电话与全球团队讨论技术问题
• Fluent in English (written and oral), able to communicate technical issues with global teams via email/phone
• 具备"能做"精神，快速适应变化环境，严谨细致
• "Can-do" spirit, able to quickly adapt to changing environments, rigorous and detail-oriented
