The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced *Technical Program Manager (TPM)* to lead complex, high-visibility programs that bridge engineering, manufacturing, and business strategy. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end execution of technical programs, from R&D to production, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
* Communicate with end user; identifying areas of collaboration and growth
* Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
* Drive risk mitigation, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication across geographies.
* Implement best practices for cost controlling methodologies, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Material Science, or related field;
* 3+ years as a TPM or similar role in manufacturing, hardware or software integration, or industrial systems. We welcome less experienced candidates to join as management trainee/ assistant manager. Industry and on job training will be provided
* Proven track record managing global projects with distributed teams and vendors.
* Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in Glass manufacturing/ Processing industry is a plus.
