Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients in cross-border e-commerce and export trading industries.
• Provide comprehensive logistics solutions, including quotation, booking coordination, customs clearance, and overseas delivery services.
• Proactively address client requirements, manage payment collection processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster client retention.
• Collaborate closely with operations, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure seamless order execution and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and performance-driven activities.
Compensation Structure:
• Competitive remuneration package comprising base salary, performance-based bonuses, monthly commissions, and year-end incentives.
• Monthly income typically ranges from RMB 8,000 to 25,000, with top performers consistently earning over RMB 30,000 per month.
• A transparent and highly competitive incentive mechanism is in place, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
• Year-end bonuses of up to RMB 200,000 or more are available, ensuring exceptional contributions are duly recognized and rewarded.
Incentive Policies:
• Monthly Performance Awards: High achievers receive cash prizes or gift rewards, with the top sales performer receiving bonuses between RMB 500 and 2,000.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics, cross-border e-commerce, or international trade sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with a strong drive to succeed and achieve financial growth are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
