ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.To assist VP of BE operation for business growth.
2.Close liaison with planning, marketing and sales.
3.Collaborate with product and R&D to develop new products in OSAT.
4.Co-work with planning for capacity allocation.
5.Manage OSAT daily performance to support CSD.
6.Review and improve on-time delivery performance .
7.Drive quality improvement and solve customer quality incident.
8.Coordinate customer audit and PCN activities.
9.Build a strong OSAT team to support the company >$1B goal.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education 教育: Bachelor degree in Electrical & Engineering.
2. Experience经验:
- A minimum of 20 years experience in a Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, preferably Multinational Corporation.
- Above 8 years managerial experience.
