岗位目标
负责吉隆坡当地客户的日常服务,协助开拓与维护医疗网络,协助挖掘当地业务机会。

核心职责
1. 当地客户日常服务:协助客户就医,福利、理赔、就医等问题的咨询,就医直付问题的解决,紧急情况的陪诊。
2. 开拓与维护医疗网络:协助当地医疗网络的调研、拜访、新医院的开拓,日常问题的沟通协调,协助解决医疗机构理赔争议问题,账单回款问题。
3. 当地业务机会挖掘:逐步熟悉当地保司、TPA等保险市场情况,与各个资源方深入沟通,挖掘业务机会。

任职要求
学历:本科及以上,客服/医护/商科相关专业优先
经验:2年以上相关经历优先,马来西亚人 / 会中英文以及马来语优先

Position Objective
To be responsible for the daily service of local clients in Kuala Lumpur, assist in the development and maintenance of the medical network, and help identify local business opportunities.

Core Responsibilities
1. Daily Service for Local Clients: Assist clients with inquiries related to medical treatment, benefits, claims, and direct billing issues, as well as accompany clients in emergency situations.
2. Develop and Maintain the Medical Network: Assist in researching and visiting local medical network providers, expanding new hospitals, coordinating daily issues, and helping resolve disputes related to claims with medical institutions and billing recovery issues.
3. Identify Local Business Opportunities: Gradually familiarize with the local insurance market, including companies and third-party administrators (TPAs), and engage deeply with various stakeholders to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in customer service, healthcare, or business-related fields
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
