Job description：
1. Help project director to implement the project detail following customer requirement
2. Push and manage the team to meet customer KPI requirement
3. Work with customer to solve customer complaint as the key focal point
4. Help management team monitor cost situation and take the relative action to improve
Requirement:
1. Project Management experience for at least 3 years
2. Engineering or electrical education background
3. PC Motherboard repair experience is prefer
4. Good communication skill with peers and next level colleges, also have the ability to manage a cross function team
5. Have the ability to speak/read/write English, Polish and Russia fluently
6. Can work hard and take the pressure, have ownership.
7. Well at communication and easy co-work
具体薪资面谈，岗位需要常驻在欧洲工作（波兰）。
项目管理
职位描述：
1. 协助项目总监按照客户要求实施项目细节
2. 推动和管理团队以满足客户的KPI要求
3. 与客户合作解决客户投诉，并将此作为工作重点
4. 协助管理层监控成本状况并采取相应措施改善
要求：
1. 至少3年以上项目管理经验
2. 电子产品或智能穿戴研产销一体的制造型企业项目管理经验
3. 有电脑主板维修、无人机、智能手表等制造企业经验者优先
4. 良好的沟通能力，与同事和上级的沟通能力，以及跨职能团队的管理能力
