Job Description：

1、负责销售订单的审阅，根据客户的要求，制作所需清关单证（箱单、发票、COA、产地证、提单等）保证单据的准确性。
Responsible for the review of sales orders, according to customer requirements, the production of required customs clearance documents (packing list, invoice, COA, certificate of origin, bill of lading, etc.) to ensure the accuracy of the documents.
2、负责信用证托收和跟单托收的订单，认真审核信用证及银行合同，完成银行交单单据的制作以及办理银行交单手续。
Responsible for L/C collection and documentary collection orders, carefully review the L/C and bank contract, complete the production of bank delivery documents and handle bank delivery procedures.
3、负责根据合同和交期要求，联系货代询价，进行及时准确的订舱和发货。
Responsible for contacting forwarder for quotation according to the contract and delivery requirements, and making timely and accurate booking and shipment.
4、负责产品的包装，核对标签信息，确保标签整洁及货物运输的安全。
Be responsible for product packaging, check the label information, and ensure the cleanliness of labels and the safety of goods transportation.
5、负责发货前货物的投保事宜。发货后出现问题需要索赔的，要及时联系保险公司进行调查、索赔以及后续工作。
Be responsible for the insurance of goods before delivery. If there is a problem after delivery and you need to make a claim, you should contact the insurance company in time for investigation, claim and follow-up work.
6、负责办理出口清关等手续，如需报检的商品，要及时做好报检或传真资料给外协生产厂家报检,货物运输条件的鉴定报告、清关单据认真核对提单、报关单信息。
Be responsible for the export customs clearance and other procedures. If the goods need to be inspected, it is necessary to make timely inspection or fax materials to the outsourcing manufacturers for inspection. The identification report and customs clearance documents of the goods transportation conditions should be carefully checked with the information of the bill of lading and customs declaration.
7、负责及时和业务员沟通，做好客户备货，协调好和仓库、财务的各种工作关系，及时准备为客户提供方便、快捷、周到的服务。
Be responsible for communicating with salesmen in time, preparing goods for customers, coordinating various working relationships with warehouses and finance, and preparing to provide convenient, fast and thoughtful services to customers in time.
8、负责货代评估、核对账单、各代理费用的结算、控制运输成本。
Be responsible for freight forwarder evaluation, checking bills, settling agency fees and controlling transportation costs.
9、负责及时将销售信息录入ERP系统。
Be responsible for entering sales information into ERP system in time.
10、负责及时汇总、跟进订单进度和发货后的付款以及和公司同事的进度表格等事项。
Be responsible for timely summarizing and following up the order progress, payment after delivery and the progress table with colleagues in the company.
11、负责出口记录与统计登记，客户单证及海关清关单证的整理与存档备案。
Be responsible for export records and statistical registration, sorting and filing of customer documents and customs clearance documents.
12、负责及时跟客户沟通订单前后的进度和沟通。协调公司内部的同事及时解决客户的需求和问题。
Be responsible for timely communicating with customers about the progress and communication before and after the order. Coordinate with colleagues in the company to solve customers' needs and problems in time.

任职要求：
Job requirements:
1.学历要求：大专及以上学历。
Educational Requirements: College degree or above.
2.工作经历：2年以上药企外贸跟单经验。
Work experience: more than 2 years of experience in foreign trade follow up in pharmaceutical enterprises.
3.所需知识：市场营销知识、国际贸易或相关化学及药学专业知识。
Required knowledge: marketing knowledge, international trade or related chemical and pharmacy professional knowledge.
4.所需技能：熟练各种应用办公软件；英语四级以上；能准确的阅读理解及回复英文信函邮件。
Required skills: proficient in various applications of office software; English level 4 or above; able to accurately read and understand and reply to English letters and emails.
5.特殊要求：有较强的沟通能力和谈判协商能力，思维灵活。
Special Requirements: strong communication and negotiation skills, flexible thinking.
6.其它要求：很强的责任心，维系客户关系，维护好自身外贸管理工作。
