职位概述 / Job Overview

我们正在寻找一位充满活力、富有创造力的AI工程师。你将主要负责构建数据库并与大型语言模型（LLM）连接，实现信息的便捷访问。本解决方案将服务于内部及客户使用。候选人需具备系统设计基础、对AI充满热情，并能独立部署与微调模型。

We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer to build a database integrated with large language models (LLMs) for internal and client use. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in systems design and a passion for deploying and refining AI models.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 构建支持室内设计或业务流程的AI模型/ Develop AI models supporting design/business functions

• 将数据库与LLM应用连接，提升信息可访问性/ Connect SQL databases to LLM applications

• 使用ChatGPT、Kimi、Claude、Gemini等AI模型开发智能应用/ Create solutions using AI models like ChatGPT, Kimi, Claude, Gemini

• 应用提示工程（prompt engineering）和大模型微调技术 / Apply prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning

• 部署本地大型语言模型 /Deploy local LLM applications

• 集成RAG（检索增强生成）技术 /Integrate RAG pipelines

• 与团队合作设计AI驱动的业务解决方案/ Collaborate on AI-driven solution design

• 在扁平化管理中提供反馈，共同推进项目方向/ Provide direct feedback in a flat organizational structure

• 持续学习并跟进AI相关前沿技术 /Stay informed on latest AI technologies

任职要求 / Job Requirements

• 具备基本互联网和软件应用知识 /Basic internet and software knowledge

• 精通Python、JavaScript、HTML、CSS/ Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• 热衷于AI模型及其应用 /Strong interest in AI applications

• 掌握系统设计基本原理 /Understanding of system design principles

• 熟悉prompt engineering或大模型微调 / Familiarity with prompt engineering or LLM fine-tuning

• 能部署本地LLM应用 /Ability to deploy local LLMs

• 熟悉RAG技术 / Familiarity with RAG

• 有SQL数据库经验者优先 / SQL experience preferred

额外要求 / Additional Requirements

• 计算机科学、数学、工程等相关专业本科或同等经验/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

注重细节，解决问题能力强 /Detail-oriented and problem-solving

良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力 /Good communication and teamwork

有室内设计经验优先 / Interior design experience is a plus
