岗位职责：

1、负责新供应商开发引入、供应商谈判、供应商审核评级,签定合同等；

2、负责供应商关系管理,采购成本分析以及风险控制等；

3、对战略供应商制定框架协议，推动框架协议的签署；

4、负责和设计部门对接，根据设计部对新材料的需求，寻源供应商；

5、负责新材料的引入、采买，制定并完成采购计划及目标；

6、负责物料的价格管理，实现采购部年度降本的目标；

7、领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、熟悉工艺，各种设计装饰材料，有5年以上设计装饰行业或装饰材料行业经验者优先考虑；

2、有较强的商务谈判能力，能够很好的进行供应商管理及合同管理；

3、有良好的客户意识以及理解业务的能力，较强的沟通表达能力和说服力；

4、熟悉公司产品及相关产品的市场行情，成本意识极强，见多识广；

5、独立工作能力强，顾大局，办事沉稳，气场强大；

6、有创业精神和拼搏精神，开拓思维，工作积极主动，有责任心；

7、可接受短期出差，最好会粤语。

Strategic Sourcing Engineer

WTL Design boasts a 600-square-meter material library, covering 18,000 design and decoration materials from both domestic and international sources. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about design and decoration materials, enjoys researching new materials, and dreams of applying cost-effective materials to actual projects to present to clients. We hope that you are sensitive to the prices of design and decoration materials and have extensive experience in cost reduction, along with a rich network of southern suppliers for design and decoration materials. Here, we will provide you with a stage to showcase your talents and help you succeed!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and introduction of new suppliers, supplier negotiations, supplier audits and grading, and contract signing;
2. Manage supplier relationships, conduct cost analysis for procurement, and control risks;
3. Establish framework agreements with strategic suppliers and promote the signing of these agreements;
4. Liaise with the design department to source suppliers based on their needs for new materials;
5. Introduce and purchase new materials, develop and achieve procurement plans and objectives;
6. Manage material pricing to meet the annual cost reduction targets of the procurement department;
7. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with various design and decoration materials, with 5+ years of experience in the design and decoration industry or the decoration materials industry preferred;
2. Strong business negotiation skills, capable of managing suppliers and contracts effectively;
3. Good customer awareness and business understanding, strong communication and persuasive skills;
4. Familiar with the company's products and market trends of related products, with a strong cost consciousness and broad knowledge;
5. Strong ability to work independently, consider the overall situation, handle affairs calmly, and have a strong presence;
6. Entrepreneurial spirit and a fighting spirit, innovative thinking, proactive at work, and responsible;
7. Willing to accept short-term business trips, and proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
