•有完整宝马项目经验者优先
•熟练使用Teamcenter、CATIA V5等CAD设计软件
•掌握Word、Excel、PowerPoint等Office办公软件
主要任务和职责
•根据模块团队负责人制定的目标,负责跨部门座椅零部件的开发管理与集成工作
•及时向模块团队负责人汇报项目问题、计划偏差及目标偏离等情况
•负责模块范围内所有零部件的开发、协调(性能/成本/重量/质量/时间节点)、验证及发布工作,必要时需完成车型适配调整及工装开发,并确保跨部门协同推进直至量产
•评估跨部门技术方案(含内外部资源调配策略)
•制定并落实整体项目计划,明确模块团队的具体工作方法(在既定规范框架内)
•与模块团队负责人协作,制定开发目标与技术要求,并在同步工程团队内进行任务分配
•主导变更管理、成熟度管理及风险评估等工作,并做好过程记录
•负责问题管理流程(PMP)相关措施的推进与落实,及时汇报进展
•完成子流程负责人(CV-D)或模块负责人指派的产品生产流程(PPP)相关工作
•遵循统一的工作标准与方法,促进各项目间的协同开发(产品与工艺)
•主持同步工程团队会议,并确定参会人员范围
•协同模块负责人制定技术目标与要求,并在同步工程团队内进行任务分解
•为同步工程团队各职能角色制定工作目标、标准及方法
a.Critical Competency / 关键能力
•Experience in development of seat parts and components。
•Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards.
•Good English skills.
•Team player with good organization and problem-solving skills.
•Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment.
b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
•Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Automotive Engineering.
•Minimum 3-year experience in seat parts development, manufacturing.
•Complete BMW project experience is an add on.
•Skilled to use CAD systems: Teamcenter, CATIA V5, etc.
•Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
•Responsible for managing the cross-departmental component development and integration of the scope defined by the module organisation according to the objectives aligned with the Module Team Leader.
•Responsibility to report problems, planning, target deviations, etc. early in time to the role of Module Team Leader.
•Develop, align (properties, costs, weight, quality, date) validate, release all components of the module scope, if necessary, incl. corresponding vehicle-specific adjustments and tools, up until the end of production. simultaneously and cross -departmental.
•Development, evaluation of cross -departmental concept alternatives, incl. Internal and external sourcing scenarios where appropriate.
•Implement, align, document an overarching project activity plan, incl. specific working methods (within the framework of the above-mentioned specifications) in the module team.
•Define, align, documenting targets and requirements, distributing inside the Simultaneous Engineering Team in cooperation with the Module Team Leader.
•Initiating, documenting, implementing change management, maturity management, risk evaluations etc., in the Simultaneous Engineering Team.
•Lead, perform, resolve all actions needed in the framework of the problem management process (PMP); report, document the status.
•Perform the concept PPPs commissioned by the roles of sub -process chain managers CV-D or module leader.
•Adhere to uniform working methods, statements etc., incl. Development synergies (product and process) between all projects.
•Competence to chair the Simultaneous Engineering team meeting, incl. the appointment or exclusion of additional participants of the Simultaneous Engineering team.
•Competence to define, align on targets and requirements, distribute inside the Simultaneous Engineering Team in cooperation with the Module Leader.
•Competence to set targets, standards, methods, etc. regarding all roles of the Simultaneous Engineering Team.
