职位描述
- Experienced in accommodation engineering design for offshore projects, including the preparation of detailed design drawings ，such as LQ/Building Fire Integrity Plans, LQ/ General Arrangement Drawings, floor covering layouts, door layouts, and other various room layout designs.
- Familiar with IMO regulations, ABS/BV/DNV rules, ISO standards, and industry standards.
- Has experience in providing technical support for accommodation materials procurement (such as insulation, wall & ceiling panels, galley & laundry equipment , interior design, floor coverings, raised floors, furniture &
equipment), including RFQ/POS preparation, TBE preparation, technical
agreement ，and vendor management work including vendor documents and vendor design drawing.
- Has some experience in accommodation decoration effects, including color matching proposals.
- Has good oral and written English skills to communicate effectively with clients , classification societies, and international material or equipment vendors.
- 具备海上项目的居装工程设计经验，包括准备详细设计图纸，如生活楼/房间防火分隔图、生活楼/房间总体布置图、地板覆盖布局、门布局及其他各类房间的布局设计。
- 熟悉国际海事组织（IMO）法规、美国船级社（ABS）、法国船级社（BV）、挪威船级社（DNV）规则、ISO标准及行业标准。
- 有为居装材料（如隔热材料、墙板和天花板面板、厨房和洗衣房设备、室内设计、地板覆盖物、升高地板、家具和设备等）采购提供技术支持的经验，包括准备询价单（RFQ）、订单规格书（POS）、技术标评定（TBE），技术协议以及管理供应商文件和设计图纸。
- 有一定的装饰效果方面的设计经验，包括色彩搭配。
- 具有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，能与客户、船级社及国际材料或设备供应商进行有效沟通。
