1、了解并操作主要运营系统,包括客户生产系统、信息系统等。

2、日常制服流程管理routine workwear rental service process management etc.
3、定期结账,和客户对账,系统处理,开票,收款 Invoicing and AR
4、日常客户对接,投诉情况收集并反馈给主管及相关部门
Communication with customers, handling of complain and internal communication
5、其它客户和主管提出的工作任务Other tasks
岗位要求:
1. 大专或以上学历College degree or above ;
2. 有2-3年客服相关工作经验2-3 years' experience in Customer service;
3. 有服务行业经验优先Service Industry experience preferred;
4. 较强的沟通能力、抗压能力good communication skills and can work under pressure;
5. 细心认真、责任心强 Detail oriented and high responsibility
6. 熟练使用excel等office软件Advance skills in MS office with Excel;
7. 良好的英语读写能力Good reading and writting command of English。
