1. 市场开拓:深耕北京及周边市场,聚焦生物制药行业资源,主动挖掘企业工作服租赁需求,开发新客户资源,完成销售目标。
2. 方案定制:根据不同客户的行业特性、企业文化及员工需求,定制专业的工作服租赁解决方案,包括款式、面料选择、租赁方案规划等。
3. 行业深耕:持续关注行业动态及企业发展,及时掌握客户采购计划与潜在需求,提供前瞻性服务。
4. 市场洞察:分析区域市场竞争态势,反馈客户需求及市场趋势,协助公司优化产品、价格及服务策略。
任职要求
1. 经验要求:2-5年以上销售工作经验,熟悉北京及周边的企业资源;有工作服租赁、企业服务类销售经验者优先。
2. 资源优势:拥有生物制药,医疗行业的客户资源或人脉关系,能快速对接目标客户决策层更佳。
3. 能力要求:具备出色的市场分析、商务谈判及客户需求挖掘能力;擅长独立制定销售计划并高效推进执行;熟练使用办公软件,可完成销售数据分析、方案制作。
4. 职业素养:结果导向,能承受业绩压力,具备优秀的沟通协调、团队协作能力;工作积极主动,责任心强,具有良好的客户服务意识与职业操守。
5. 其他:适应高频次客户拜访。
