Base在滁州或合肥, 目标销售区域:滁州、马鞍山、合肥、芜湖及安徽南部等区域。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Goals - Achieve sales goals and other objectives.
完成销售业绩指标。
2. Positive Impact - Makes a positive impact on all prospects and customers. 给所有客户留有专业积极的印象。
3. Sales Knowledge - Maintains proficiency in sales knowledge and translates that knowledge into meaningful prospect benefits as appropriate.
保持熟练的销售知识并且将这些知识帮助客户达成他们的利益。
4. Planning - Manages time and territory effectively. 有效地管理时间和区域。
5. Accounts Sold - Communicates necessary details of accounts sold to service department management and office staff to ensure good installations and relationships. 与客服部门及办公室人员沟通必要的销售客户细节以确保后期服务顺利的进行。
6. Competitiveness - Monitors and anticipates competitive activity in the territory. 在区域内了解和参与良性的市场竞争活动。
7. Self-Improvement - Constantly works on self-improvement and learning. 持续的自我进步与学习。
8. Acknowledge the company principle, target and guideline. 了解公司的方针、目标和指标。
Job Requirements:
1. College Degree or above. 大专学历以上。
2. 6 years working experience, 5 years of B2B sales working experience and management experience.
6 年工作经验,其中至少有5年以上B2B销售经验以及管理经验。
3. Good in English oral, written, listening. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
4. New business development to business experience preferred. 新业务开发经验为佳。
5. Good business acumen and a strong understanding of customers' needs.良好的商务技巧,能很好的理解客户所需。
6. Good communication skills and good presentation skills and good at Learning. 良好的沟通技巧和表达能力, 善于学习。
7. Prefer to hold a valid driver’s 's license with favorable driving record.
持有有效的驾驶证优先,有良好的驾驶记录。
