Main Responsibilities:

1.Trial run Customer Demand Planning:
• Collect trial run demand from project managers and collect regular customer demand for SOP project
从项目经理处收集试产客户需求，并收集SOP项目的常规客户需求 • For SOP •project to proactive analysis of actionable, coherence and consistency of customer data
针对SOP项目主动分析客户数据的可执行性、连贯性和稳定性
• Communicate to confirm and follow up delivery schedule
沟通确认和跟踪交货计划
• Responsible for WIP and finihsed goods inventoy KPI
负责对应项目的在制品和成品库存KPI

2.Trial run Production Planning:
• Make Semi-FG and finish goods ramp up and tryout plan, communicate internally with PLM, MFE, QA and Production department to ensure production plan be closely followed
制定半成品和成品的试产和爬坡计划，与PLM， MFE， QA和生产部门进行内部沟通，确保生产计划的严格执行
• For SOP project, internally review the monthly production capacity analysis based on validated customer demand
对于SOP项目，根据确认的客户需求，内部检查月度产能分析
• Follow up the production plan achievement, ensure internal manufacturing planning is under monitoring and fulfilled
跟进生产计划的完成情况，确保内部计划的监控和达成

3. Trial run Material management:
• Release Purchase Request for new project BOM components to ensure new project SOP
释放新项目BOM物料的采购需求，以确保新项目顺利SOP
• Follow project buyer release PO to get enough material ensure tryout
跟踪项目采购发布PO及时到料，以确保试运行
• Control receive material from component supplier and tools supplier
控制从原材料供应商和工具供应商处接收材料
• Inventory management for tryout component, WIP, and Finish goods
管理试运行原材料，在制品和成品的库存
• Cooperate of new project ECN related LOG
配合新项目ECN相关的物流工作

4.Project logistic design
• Review packaging design with MFE for both raw material and finished goods and apply for packaging material purchasing
与MFE一起审核原材料和成品的包装设计，并申请包装材料采购
• Create PFEP and confirm MRP data in SAP to make sure every part run smoothly
创建PFEP并在SAP中确认MRP数据，以确保每个物料/产品的顺利运行

5.Trial out Delivery management:
• Arrange samples delivery for new projects
安排新项目样品的交付
• Communicate with sales, Finance to guarantee sample delivery can be invoiced to customer
与销售，财务沟通，以确保样品能够交付给客户

6.Cost management:
• Control cost in material & component related new project
控制新项目材料及零部件的成本

7.VAVE plan coordination
• Work with VAVE team to manage raw material and finished goods change, make sure new part delivery in time and no E&O for old part, follow the VAVE process to meet improvement target
对接VAVE团队，管理原材料和成品的变更，确保新零件及时交付，旧零件无E&O，跟踪VAVE流程以共同达成目标

8. Other Duty
• Any other duties as assigned by department head

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

2.Good command of Oral & Written English

良好的英语听说读写能力

3.Minimum 5 years work experience in Logistics department

5年以上物流工作经验

4.At least 3 years work experience of production/material planning

至少3年生产/物料计划工作经验

5.Technique of logistics theory & experience

物流理论技术与经验

6.Familiar with SAP system

熟悉SAP系统

7.Familiar with electronic part and SMT manufacture is advantage

熟悉电子零件和SMT制造优先
