Job Responsibilities :
1. Communicate with customers from order management to shipping arrangements and problems shooting on daily basis.
从订单管理到出货安排,与客户保持紧密良好的沟通,处理日常与出货或订单执行过程的相关问题。
2. Work closely with Customer, BD , PM,Quanlity ,Perchasing ,PMC ,WHS, Logistic & Vendors in monitoring shipment delivery and facilitate a smooth launch process of new product development project.
与客户、BD、PM、质量、采购团队、PMC、WHS、物流和供应商密切合作,监控货物交付,促进新产品开发项目的顺利交付。
3. Monitor closely on-time delivery of outstanding orders, reports and takes corrective action timely when order exceed due date.
密切监控未完成订单、报告和超期未交订单需及时采取正确纠正措施。
4. Maintain good record of shipment/order information in timely/accurate manner and present in structured/transparent format.
及时准确地维护出货以及订单信息以形成良好记录并以结构化/透明格式呈现
5. Collect, consolidate, monitor, measure, analyze business data and prepare periodic reports for review on vendors performance or when needed.
收集、整合、监控、测量、分析业务数据并准备定期报告供应商绩效或在需要时进行呈现。
6. Participant in creating and setting up system parameters; ensure data accuracy in various systems or reports;
参与创建和设置系统参数;确保各个系统或者报告的数据准确性;
7. Assist in Ad-Hoc Supply Chain projects and work assignments as determined by department head.
协助由部门负责人指定或者分配的其他临时供应链项目和工作任务。
Job Requirements :
1. College Degree or above in Supply Chain or Logistics ;
大专或以上学历供应链管理或物流专业;
2. 5 years plus experience in supply chain & basic commercial knowledge; 5年以上供应链领域经验及基本的商业知识;
3. Logistics & Shipping Knowledge;
物流和运输知识;
4. Solid communication skills in terms of English;
扎实的英语沟通能力;
5. Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access/PPT;
熟悉MRP/ERP系统,精通Microsoft Office包括Excel和Access/PPT;
6. Possess good working attitudes, attention to details, be result-oriented, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
具有良好的工作态度,注重细节,注重结果,优秀的分析和人际交往能力。
7. Excellent team work player, organization, planning and communication skills;
具备优秀团队合作所要求的团队合作精神、组织能力、计划能力和沟通能力;
8. Strong ability to withstand pressure .
