岗位要求:
1)Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
电子或机械工程相关专业毕业。
2)3-5 years working experience as NPI Engineer, Product Engineer or Process Engineer.
3-5年新产品导入工程师、产品工程师或工艺工程师工作经验。
3)Full understanding of FATP (Final Assembly, Test and Packaging) manufacturing processes.
充分理解FATP(总装,测试和包装)制造工艺。
4)Knowledge in capacity calculation, cycle time analysis, production line requirement (equipment, fixture, workstation quantity), Headcount analysis, line layout, material flow and work station ergonomics design.
具备产能计算,周期时间分析,生产线需求(设备,夹具,工作站数量),员工数量分析,生产线布局,物料流程和工位人体工程学设计知识。
5)LEAN knowledge is an advantage.
有精益知识优先考虑。
6)Able to use Auto-CAD SW and 3D Software such as ProE, Solidworks or UG.
会使用Auto-CAD软件和3D软件,如ProE, Solidworks或UG。
7)Proficient in MS SW (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

  1)DFx review and analysis together with R&D.

8)Lead the DOE and work together with ME and R&D for proper machine parameter and consumable items usage and processing.
