Act as formal software engineer with other related Ford departments (local and global) and coordinate on project development tasks, deliverables, milestones, and inter-dependencies.
• Communicate with feature owners / tech planning / marketing to analyze new features feasibility, cost and timing study.
• Follow global processes to deliver materials to meet program milestones and deliverables requirements.
• Meet and improve the quality and robustness of developed software.
• Collaborate with global software teams for feature design, implementation and issue-solving.
• Report and summary issues and convert to lesson learnt and DFMEA.
• Familiar with GPDS process, PDL, AIMs system, JIRA system.
• Familiar with Agile, continuous integration, and other software processes.
• Familiar with CAN, Ethernet, Diagnostic protocol and can use different tools to capture log and analyze.
• Excellent knowledge of Github, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, database, etc.
• Good knowledge of Autosar development.
•Work experience in DAT field Tier1 preferred.
