职责描述：
• Support to creating vehicle concept : design and develop, performance requirements, choose technical solutions.
支持车辆概念的创建:设计和开发，性能要求，选择技术解决方案。
• Build detailed feasibility for product & process development, Create & finalize the technical specifications of costs for commodities.
为产品和工艺开发建立详细的可行性，创建并完成产品成本的技术规范
• Control supplier to ensure product & process development.
控制供应商，确保产品和工艺的发展。
• Build strong connection to Vehicle Attribute Teams (NVH, Ergonomics, Styling, Safety and Seat comfort) to support attribute delivery.
与车辆属性团队(NVH、人体工程学、造型、安全和座椅舒适性)建立紧密联系，以支持属性交付。
• Practice all the Gate & DMR tech-review to ensure each deliverables are available according with quality requirement.
执行所有的Gate和DMR技术审查，以确保每个交付物符合质量要求。
• Integrate seat sub-system design, communicate with interface component and follow up issues and change implement Requirements.
整合座椅子系统设计，与接口组件沟通，跟踪问题并更改实施要求。
任职要求：
• Rich experience in concepts and design of seat.
丰富的座椅概念和设计经验。
• Good knowledge of seat development processes.
熟悉座椅开发流程。
• Good knowledge about Seat components (frame, foam, trim) and the production technologies.
熟悉座椅部件(框架，泡沫，内饰)和生产技术。
• Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards， like ANPQP, PPAP…etc.
熟悉汽车开发流程和标准，如ANPQP, PPAP等。
• Team player with good organization and problem-solving skills.
具有良好的组织和解决问题的能力。
• Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment
灵活性强，有兴趣在国际项目环境中工作。
