职位描述
Responsibilities
- Manage merchant accounts with the goal of retaining and helping their business grow;
- Analyze merchants’ needs and inquiries and provide sustainable resolution to issues;
- Work closely with the different internal teams and provide recommendations for features, tools, and processes to improve merchant experience and customer service;
- Contribute to improving merchant support by identifying sources of merchant issues, recognizing trends, and sharing reports with the relevant teams;
- Work with other internal teams to resolve any merchant account-related matters, such as compliance, fraud and risk, business development, account management, optimization, and integration.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Preferably with experience in customer support or sales role within a business-to-business (B2B) environment;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
