一，采购工作 50%

Purchasing missions 50%

o 做好中国至欧洲的订单物流追踪（与总部物流部门协作）：

优化集装箱装箱方式以及成本，追踪订单，追踪物流发票等

Tracking all the transport from Chine to Europe (cooperation with global supply department):

Optimization of containers by loading models to optimize the TOC, tracking orders, validation of transport invoices, etc.

o 管理现有供应商（日常订单及质量等问题沟通处理）并确保采购KPI达成

Management of routine suppliers (tracking routine orders and communicating the quality or other related issues with global team) and achieve the KPI of purchasing and logistics

o 能作为项目组成员代表采购部独立参加项目会议，搜寻新供应商或与现有供应商完成新产品开发(与法国总部项目部门及采购部门协作沟通)

As a member of project team, participating in the projects meeting, sourcing the new supplier or cooperating with the current supplier to develop new products (cooperation with global project team and global purchasing team based in France).

Business development missions 50%

· 协助编辑或翻译市场营销宣传材料

Assist in editing and translating marketing documents

· 协助新产品培训

Assist with new product training

· 调研及追踪市场数据

Market research and following sales data

· 协助寻找开发新商业伙伴或商业机会

Assisting in searching for new business partner or business opportunity
