职位描述

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is part of the Procurement Operations under GES

organization. The primary responsibility for this position is focus on

Source to Contract process for indirect categories with assigned

business sectors/areas. He/she will be responsible for operating

sourcing activities in Logistics category, the primary scopes will be China Mainland and Taiwan,but will be flexible to APAC other countries/categories if no language barriers per need.


He/she is accountable to manage sourcing project and contract dependently, by adapting category strategy from global to local. As an enabling function, aiming to create value for businesses and ultimately serve the needs of our customers and patients. Sourcing applies the value drivers of Supply Security, Financial Contribution and Supplier Market Innovation in a flexible and agile way and drive digitalization and operational excellence to support business priorities, so he/she acts as the sourcing role, is responsible to deliver all these values in a professional manner.


This implies the following tasks in close alignment with stakeholders and business strategies but not limited to:


•Lead sourcing

projects in the daily base, including sourcing approach set up, supplier

qualification, bidding organization and negotiation, supplier base

optimization etc.


•Execute

the Source to Contract process from Ariba to ensure the competitive

bidding and collaborate with stakeholder to have the best choice.


•Support

sourcing manager to develop category sourcing strategies and

initiatives per need, has a good understanding on business needs &

incorporation of global category strategy.


• Be able to do operational supplier management including

onboarding suppliers,segmenting suppliers, leading supplier

relationships, managing supplier performance and creating a more

collaborative environment in line with category strategy.


• Contract

management covers defining good practice contract terms &

conditions,administration and termination of procurement contracts.


Qualification Requirement:


•Bachelor’s degree or above


•More than 3 years working experience in logistics sourcing

management, procurement working experience in multinational

company in related category is preferred.


•Good communicator with the ability to manage interests across

different levels.


•Professional communication skills along with strong intercultural

insights.


•Structured and reliable working attitude, be curious to learn new things


•Fluent in both writing and speaking of English is must.


•Strong analytical skills with office tools or business intelligent tools is

a plus.


•Time zone flexibility working within a global environment


•Resilience & Pressure resistance


•Good ability to fit into new environment fast and be agile well balance the relationship in terms of organization complexity.
