 Purchase plan and order processing.
 Update trading material purchase plan in SAP according to latest sales forecast and received customer orders as well.
 Issue POs to Merck other plants within first 4 working days.
 Existing PO tracking, shipment schedule confirmation
 Ensure stock information and shipping schedule be informed by suppliers as agreed schedule.
 Confirmed with Merck other plants or their forwarders about the shipments’ situation on key date (CY closing date, ETD).
 Inform logistics Specialist, forwarders shipment arrival and support related documents preparation for custom clearance.
 Material requirement maintaining in SAP.
 Daily review MRP and adjust purchase plan for coming months if any forecast change.
 Responsible for material master data maintaining.
 Communication with sales & Customer Serive when shipment postponed, material shortage etc.
 Quick action when suppliers inform material shortage or shipment postponed.
 Inform responsible sales person shipment situation, solution and action plan.
 Support sales team if any complaint from customers.

Education
 College or above, Logistics Mgt is preferable
大专及以上学历, 物流管理专业优先
Work Experience
 Minimum of 3 years direct working experience for purchasing and material management;
3年以上采购和物料管理的经验；
 Chemical industry background is preferable;
有化工行业背景优先；
 Familiar with the MM management in ERP system, SAP is preferable;
熟悉ERP系统物料模块，SAP系统经验者优先；
