该岗位负责公司各类产品与项目相关的技术资料编制与管理工作，主要职责包括但不限于：
• 编写与翻译各类技术文档，
• 产品规格书、用户说明书、印刷品内容
• 安装指南、测试报告、项目文件
• 化学成分声明、RoHS/REACH 环境合规文件、EPD等环保文档
• 协助技术、质量、市场等多部门进行英文材料整理与交付；
• 跟踪文档版本，确保内容一致性、准确性与排版专业性；
• 根据客户和标准要求进行文档模板规范化管理；
• 参与出口认证资料准备，如CE、UL、KC等。
任职要求：

英语能力 专业英语八级（TEM-8）或同等水平，具备扎实的技术英语写作和阅读能力
专业背景 机械、电子、材料、化学、光学、环境工程等理工科专业优先
技能工具 熟练使用 Adobe Illustrator、InDesign，以及 Office办公软件（Word, Excel, PPT）
经验优先 有产品图册/技术说明/出口资料/环保文件等制作经验者优先
沟通协调 沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，能与技术与市场团队高效对接
工作风格 注重细节，责任心强，有良好的文件结构意识和排版习惯
加分项：
• 熟悉IEC、UL、CE、RoHS、REACH、WEEE、EPD、LCA等国际标准或认证文件者；
• 有照明、电子、工业制造类企业文档编制经验者优先；

🧭 Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly proficient English-speaking specialist to manage and produce technical documentation across multiple departments. The role includes, but is not limited to:
• Drafting and managing technical materials such as:
• Product specifications, user manuals, packaging content
• Installation guides, test reports, and engineering project files
• Chemical composition declarations, RoHS/REACH compliance files, and environmental reports (e.g. EPD, LCA)
• Collaborating with engineering, QA, sales, and compliance teams to prepare customer-facing documents
• Maintaining accurate version control and ensuring consistency and professional formatting
• Standardizing documentation templates based on customer or regulatory requirements
• Supporting documentation needs for global certification schemes (CE, UL, KC, etc.)

🎓 Requirements:
Category Requirement
Language Excellent written and spoken English, TEM-8 level or equivalent international standard (e.g. C2)
Background Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Materials, Chemistry, or other technical fields preferred
Software Skills Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience Prior experience with technical documentation, datasheets, or regulatory compliance files is preferred
Communication Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail-Orientation Excellent attention to detail, with a structured and organized working style

💼 Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiar with international standards and compliance frameworks such as IEC, UL, CE, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, EPD, LCA

• Experience with automated layout systems or template-based documentation workflows in Adobe InDesign
