Responsibilities
Supports Front Office teams (Commercial Bankers and DOD) as needed to ensure timely and quality service on processing of CB and DOD products.
Provides Back Office teams with all necessary input to ensure timely and quality service on processing of CB and DOD products.
Keep an updated customer profile data base, answer client’s phone calls and make necessary actions to ensure that the complete and concise solutions/answers are provided on a timely basis.
Deal with daily transactional works. Process the instructions received from clients including Payment, Loan & Depo, L/C, Guarantee, FX deals, etc. and coordinate with operations.
Account Management, Radical/RLC maintenance.
Client on Boarding (KYC) controller.
Follow up required transactional documents and its related matters (i.e. fax agreement, exceptional approval…)
Cross check and valid OPTIM contractual documentation.
Department consolidation (bank statement reconciliation, fax indemnity etc.)
Perform other tasks assigned by department head.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree and above, with major in Finance related, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience.
The personality of skilled for communication.
Good command of English.
Good personality: detailed, serious, team-working spirit.
Relationship management and Commercial sense.
Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines.
