Trainee of PAI team

Base: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

- Provide business support to PAI managers: (including, but not limited to) KYC, internal credit application’s preparation (including system input and setup), and assistance to RM to coordinate with MO team for clients’ daily transactions follow-up.

- Arrange and record the daily marketing activities

- Arrange the clients meetings, support on the call reports and various client information analysis.

- Support to RM to write and arrange documents like FO request, meeting memos, PPT and other daily work when needed.

- Record and analyze the data to the system, like KIWIS, PHIDIAS and ANEDEFI etc

- Support on various internal reports, information collection and update tables consolidated by MO

- Coordinate with other departments of some temporary work like client events and other works depends on specific needs.

- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the China Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Qualifications:

- Master degree, with major as Finance/accountant related, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience;

- Ability to communicate clearly and easily (verbal and written in English);

- Speak French will be a plus;

- Strong financial statements analysis skills.
