We are seeking motivated and talented graduate school students/recent graduates to join our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team as trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of debt capital markets, supporting senior team members in both deal execution and origination processes.
- **Deal Execution Support:**
- Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation, including term sheets, pitch books, and presentations.
- Perform due diligence and market research to inform decision-making.
- Monitor market conditions and prepare market updates for the team.
- **Origination Support:**
- Participate in the development of new business proposals and strategies.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential clients and opportunities.
- Support the team in client meetings and conference calls.
- **Daily Routine Work:**
- Maintain and update internal deal info booking.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on market trends and deal pipelines.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program or recent graduate with a focus on Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in WIND, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
