Duties & Responsibilities 职责与责任

·Lead problem solving about supplier issue, also support cost reimbursement due to complaint. 领导解决供应商的质量问题，并支持要回因投诉产生的费用

·Support to face customer and Int./Ext audit about supplier management topic. 支持面对客户内外部关于供应商管理话题的审核

·For DB supplier, define containment action and complain supplier when the raw material issue found, and manage 8D report supplier shared.

对于直采供应商，当原材料质量问题被发现时，定义遏制措施，投诉供应商，管理供应商 分享的 8D 报告
·Raw non-conforming material management

可疑原材料管理
·Monitors corrective actions defined with suppliers and organizes and coordinates on site supplier actions, if necessary.

监控供应商定义纠正措施，并在必要情况下组织和协调供应商在现场的行动
·Escalates supplier issues to Supplier develop colleague in Shanghai according to the related process.

·Conducts supplier visits in case of quality problems, aligned with the quality manager.

支持填写保修话题的索赔单
·Create and maintenance incoming inspection procedure.

·Collects and summarizes extraordinary effort related to supplier complaints and provides this

·Participate in process try outs for ECR etc. parts 参与 ECR 和零件测试过程

·Track material of deviation 跟踪偏差零件

·Supplier qualification,eg. supplier PPAP coversheet collection 供应商资格，例如，收集 PPAP 首页文件

·Supplier release, eg.PPAP coversheet,Re-qualification 供应商释放，例如，PPAP 首页，重新认证

·Supplier PPM monitor and share result to supplier. 监控供应商 PPM 并分享结果给供应商

·.Information exchanging between SQE and CQE regarding raw material quality issue happening in Customer

·Bachelor degree or above, mechanical subject or related field 本科及以上学历，机械或相关专业

·To have a certain knowledg in automobile quality system and quality management tools;IATF16949:2016& VDA6.3 certification are better.

·Automotive background SQE experience more than 3 years. It's better that have experience for working with customer SQE to manage

·Ability to understand and comply the instruction from the leader.
