POSITION SUMMARY

The job position will be focused on continuous improvement of HMC Maintenance department and lead the transition from a reactive mode (focused on corrective maintenance) to a Preventive/Predictive Maintenance.

The job holder will have a double reporting line:

• He/she will functionally report to MCCE, the HMC Maintenance Department.
• He/she will operationally report to MCST, the process and tool department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The main responsibilities are described as following:

• Accountable for all maintenance data recording and management.
  
• Develop and Maintain Qlik Sense Apps for “Digital Maintenance” project.
  
• Define, drive, track and report on both OEE and TPM improvement plans.
  
• Develop and maintain the MS Form Questionnaire for TPM L1 activities.
  
• Implement SAP Maintenance.

The job holder will be one of the main contributors for the new Digitalization project called “Machine Connectivity”. In details, the job holder will:

• Be accountable for all Maintenance Data recording used for Qlik Sense Apps.
• Use Microsoft Form and Create “Digital job cards” for recording TPM activities at Level 1.
• Continuously improve the quality of “Digital job cards” for TPM L1.
• Analyze Machine Maintenance Manuals and extract data concerning machine detailed parts.
• Create a database with the list of all detailed parts along with Category, MTBF, MTTR, Supplier, etc.
• Define characteristics to be measured on critical parts (i.e. Vibration, pressure, temperature, fatigue).
• Support the definition of “Critical Machine Parameters” to be monitored.
• Support the installation of “IoT Sensors” on the machine critical parts (Internet Of Things).
• Support the deployment of SAP Maintenance.
• Support the training of Blue Collars for usage of Digital Pads to record Maintenance activities.
• Support the creation of “Maintenance Job Cards” to be created in SAP.
• Support the creation of “Maintenance Routings and BOM” to be created in SAP for each machine.
• Support the creation of “Preventive Maintenance Plan” in SAP (Maintenance Work Orders)
• Support the creation of “Predictive Maintenance” and Digital algorithm for “Machine Learning”.
• Support the definition of requirement for future ANDON system and related process.

GENERAL COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

Must

• Good English level in speaking, listening,reading and writing.
  
• Good usage of MS Office suite (Word / Excel /PowerPoint).
  
• Good communication skills in Multi-FunctionalTeam.
  
• Good learning ability.
  

Preferred

• Good knowledge and significant experience SAP(Creation of Work Orders).

• Experience in Maintenance / ManufacturingEngineering.
  
• Experience in Maintenance Digitalization /Project Management / Continuous improvement.
