Responsibilities

· Lead the BusinessDevelopment Team.

· Develop corporate identity to optimize company’s brand exposure covering Chinese market.

· Conduct market and industry research to analyse market condition, forecast projected businesses & establish targeted market share

· Business development and establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers.

· Maintain a potential customer database from identified markets

· Deliver and curate compelling, integrated content via written and face-to-face communications channels

· Responsible for the content and publication (eg. newsletters, website copies, social media messages)

· Develop &Maintain strong relationships with different ,takeholders including design houses, QS firm, landlord and representative of trade associates

· Provide support in tender evaluation, submission & interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


• 8 years' prior industry related business development experience


• Existing contacts with retail brand, architects, designers and project management consultants will be preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies


• Focused and goal-oriented


• Good command of written and spoken English.


• Able to work independently and has good initiatives.


• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentations skill


• Creative, resourceful, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision


• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team


• Willingly to travel


• Overseas study or work experience is preferred
