Design Responsibilities设计职责

Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews for wet cooling (mechanical and natural draft) systems, dry cooling systems, and hybrid cooling solutions. 对湿冷（机械通风和自然通风）系统、干冷系统以及混合冷却解决方案进行可行性研究和设计评审

Develop detailed designs for new projects, including system layouts, piping configurations, and component selection.为新项目进行详细设计，包括系统布局、管道配置以及部件选择。

Research& Development Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
challenges in the industry.

Study existing technologies and systems, identifying areas for improvement and
potential innovations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on the latest
advancements and breakthroughs in cooling technology.

Develop conceptual designs for new cooling systems, incorporating innovative
ideas and technologies.

Create detailed design specifications, including system layouts, component
selection, and performance calculations.

Work closely with internal teams, such as engineering, procurement, and
manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of new designs into production.

Design and develop prototypes for new cooling systems, testing their
feasibility and performance in controlled environments.

Conduct experiments and simulations to validate design assumptions and identify
areas for improvement.

Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to source
materials and components necessary for prototype development.

*Develop and execute test plans to verify the performance, reliability, and
safety of new cooling systems.

Analyze test results, identifying areas for improvement and making
recommendations for design modifications.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations summarizing
research findings, design developments, and testing results.

Project Management
Responsibilities

Manage projects
from initial scope definition to project close-out, including sufficient
business knowledge to support contract signing, ensuring timely delivery of
designs and solutions to customers.

Coordinate with
internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, to
ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and
manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Identify and
mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance
with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date
with the latest technologies, trends, and innovations in cooling systems design
and project management.

Collaborate with
other teams to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.

Participate in
internal training programs to enhance skills and expertise.

Develop and
maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
