Key Responsibilities:


Cash &Banking Management:


1. Process all company daily cash/bank payments, manage and maintain bank
accounts & online banking systems.


2. Update all company cash journals, bank ledgers, paper remittance
slips, and check usage records daily.


3. Reconcile bank statements periodically.


Payment Control & Documentation:

4. Strictly verify all payments and supporting documents to prevent errors;
ensure absolute accuracy when preparing financial documents.

5. Conduct monthly cash inventory checks to guarantee book-physical balance
alignment.

6. Organize paid requisitions, invoices, and other vouchers. Maintain
systematic filing (both physical/electronic) and timely update mandated reports.


Tax & Compliance:

7. Issue VAT invoices per business contracts; perform monthly VAT input credit verification and filing.

8. Independently handle banking operations (payments/foreign exchange/bank inquiries/account updates) while maintaining strong banker relationships.


Forex &Reporting:


9. Consolidate forex demands per monthly cash flow forecasts and SAFE requirements for precise settlement.


Administrative Duties:

10. Handle basic tax registrations (address/legal rep changes) and ad hoc tax/customs filings.

11. Prepare and mail accounting vouchers to Beijing agency bookkeeper monthly.


Audit Support:


12. Assist Finance Manager with external audits and tax inspections.

13. Proactively complete ad hoc tasks assigned by department head/management.



Qualifications


1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


2. Professional Certification: Holder of Junior Accountant Certificate (初级会计证书).


3. Language Proficiency:

· Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

· Must be able to use English as a working language in daily communication and documentation.


4. Work Experience:

· Prior experience in a trading or import/export company is preferred and
considered a plus.

· Familiarity with international trade processes and financial documentation is an advantage.


5. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


6. Soft Skills:

· Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
