Main job responsibility.
Ensure company cyber security, prevent information leakage, and propose effective solutions for the sustainable development of business.
1. Collaborate with management to ensure timely review, update, and enforcement of cybersecurity policies in alignment with corporate standards and evolving Chinese cybersecurity regulations (e.g., Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, PIPL).
2. Ensure the effective implementation and operation of company-wide information security measures within the China region, verifying compliance with both global corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
3. Serve as key windows person for cybersecurity incidents in China, lead incident response activities, provide timely technical support, and coordinate with global teams as needed.
4. Proactively identify gaps and propose innovative, practical security solutions to address emerging threats and evolving business/IT security needs in the China environment.
5. Maintain and monitor security-critical systems—including endpoint protection platforms (e.g., IP-Guard), security servers, and network devices—to ensure high availability, performance, and operational health.
Requirement:
1.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or a closely related field.
2.Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team environment.
3.Mindset & Initiative: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive—with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous drive for improvement.
4.Work Ethic: Capable of working independently with high accountability, while actively contributing to team success and demonstrating a collaborative spirit.
5.Certifications (Preferred): Professional security certifications such as CISP/CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISA are highly desirable.
6.Language:English or Japanese can be used as working languages.
