Competencies:

· excellent written and verbal English communication skills

· continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment strongly desired (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc)

· understand quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems and professional ethics

· understand the principles of product quality evaluation and control

· Thorough understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. This includes knowledge of management and planning tools, quality tools, preventive and corrective actions, and how to overcome barriers to quality improvements

· Technical understanding of interior plastic parts and manufacturing processes

· Proficient use of tools such 3MM, calipers, gauges and other inspection equipment

· Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization

· stress tolerance

Task/Area of responsibility:

1. Supporting the entire quality system including customer contact, IATF16949, ISO9001, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA, 8D problem solving

2. Review product chanes for accurany and correct approvals

3. Manage product deviation, quality issues and ECM

4. In collaboration with product team help to define min. quality requirements

5. Work with product responsible team to evaluate
