职位描述：

1. develops, implements and manages quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of qualified parts/assemblies and applications

2. consistent with established standards and customer specifications. Responsible to provide leadership, training and guidance to plant Quality Engineers to ensure that quality assurance procedures are followed and effectively implemented.

3. Provides the plant with a central point of management for quality assurance activities that assist in the implementation of the company’s goals and objectives.

4. Plans, coordinates, and directs the quality assurance program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the duties personally or through subordinates.

5. Identifies and implements necessary statistical techniques as applicable.

6. Initiates Management Quality Review

7. Ensures the Pre-Launch and Production Control Plans and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) are completed.

8. Implementation of APQP when new project launch

9. Coordinates submission timing, reviews/approves the supplier control plans, and assigns a status to the Supplier Part Submission Package for components prior to SOP

10. Develop the audit criteria defining instructions, frequency, auditors and ensuring non-conformances are properly documented and closed per required timing for Product and Process audits.

11. PPAP submission

12. Promotes quality awareness throughout the manufacturing facility. Keeps plant personnel informed of quality related issues.

13. Identifies opportunities for Continuous Improvement

14. Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and training

15. supplier audit, supplier quality development plan and evaluation

任职要求：

1. Knowledgeable in IATF16949 具备IATF16949 体系知识技能

2. Plastic injection molding experience 具备注塑产品知识经验

3. Manufacturing background, SAP experience 制造业工作背景，会使用SAP 系统.

4. with interior parts quality experience, especially experience with BBAC 有内饰件质量管理经验，直接对接过客户奔驰

5.Acknowledge all IATF16949 requirements with auditor certificate

通过IATF16949 审核员认证，具备相应的知识技能要求

6.Language Skills: fluently English, German ispreferred 英语流利，会德语更佳
